In September of 2008, I photographed members of the Chic Chicago exhibition team as they transformed an empty gallery space into one of our most popular and exciting exhibitions to date. It is now 10 months later and Chic Chicago has closed. Over the past few days I photographed Collection Manager Meghan Smith, along with interns Michael, Jacqueline, Corrine, Lori, Lisa, Shoshana, and Becky, removing the objects from Chic Chicago and preparing them for conservation and storage.
