What a year this has been! Catholic Chicago closes next Sunday, January 4, but it seems like the March 8 openingwhen hundreds of people came to the museum to celebrate and see our Teen Council perform—was just yesterday. Thank you to the visitors; the donors; the staff; Ellen Skerrett; the teen council members: Robert, Yasmine, Elizabeth, Diana, Daisy, Elaine, Nathan, Christian, and Alyssa; the consultants and producers; all of our lenders; and those who contributed to our oral history and video projects. Thank you for sharing such tremendous feedback over these past several months.

Many people will be coming in for that last look (including me), but if you haven’t seen it once, it’s worth a visit. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you might see something of yourself, or discover something new. Let me know what you thought was most interesting about the exhibition—or what you were expecting to see but perhaps did not find. See you in the gallery!
